KATHAL MASALA

Ingredients
200gm Kathal (Jackfruit) cut into pieces
1/2 cup onion paste
1 cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chilli
2 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt as per taste
Oil
1 tablespoon chopped coriander for garnishing

Recipe
Heat oil in a kadai deep fry all kathal pieces 
till it turns golden brown.
Put this on paper to remove extra oil.
In a cooker add 1 tablespoon oil, add cumin seed once it is brown add onion paste.

Cook this for 2-3 minutes till it changes color now add ginger & garlic paste.
Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato purée
cook it till it become dark in color.
Add all dry masala and salt as per taste cook masala on low heat till u feel nice aroma comes out.
Now add kathal pieces mix it well till it is covered with masala.
Add 1/4 cup of water now cover It with lid cook it for one pressure.

It is ready, garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Romali roti.
