Ingredients
1/2 chopped Onion
2 chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2" Ginger finely minced
1 tablespoon coconut
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Recipe
Heat oil in a vessel. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed and cumin after it crackle add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add onions, curry leave and ginger and saute till transparent, approx 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, coconut and saute for 5-6 minutes on low to medium flame.
Add chilli & turmeric mix it sauté for a minute.
Add 1/2 cup water, salt and cover, let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Serve this with dosa or idli.
