CHING'S MANCHURIAN

Ingredients
Manchurian balls- Step 1
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 finely chopped green chilli 
 ¼ cup corn flour
 1/4 teaspoon black paper 
  Salt
 Oil for deep frying

 Gravy- Step 2
  1 pack Ching’s Secret Manchurian sauce mix
  1 tablespoon chopped ginger + garlic 
  1/2 cup chopped vegetables onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage
   2 cups water
   Chopped spring onion

Recipe
Step 1
Take all vegetable squeeze the water from it. In a bowl mix cabbage, salt, black paper, chopped green chilli & ¼ cup corn flour.  Make small balls & deep fry on a low flame till golden brown.


Step 2
Add 1 packet of  Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Mix to 2 cups water & mix well.
Heat 1-2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add chopped ginger & garlic sauté for a minute.
Now add all vegetable and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to boil & simmer for 5 minutes.

Adjust the thickness of gravy as per your choice.

Now add manchurian ball, cover it and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve hot with fried rice.
