Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
2 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango
1-4 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon pizza topper
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon oil
Salt
chopped coriander and spring onion for garnishing
Recipe
Boil 5 cups of water. Add macaroni,salt and 2 tablespoon oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil, add coming seeds once it crackle, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add onions and saute till they golden.
Add tomatoes cook for 2-3 minutes till it turn little soft.
Add all masala, salt as per taste and seasoning and cook till nice aroma comes out.
Add capsicum, tomato ketchup, butter, salt and 1/4 cup water. Cook for few minutes.
Add boiled macaroni-and saute till the masala gets mixed well with the macaroni.
Add coriander and spring onions.
Serve hot with garlic bread.
