Fruit cream recipe with jelly
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 apple
2 banana
1cup pinapple
1 mango
30 to 25 grapes
700ml Amul cream
10 tbsp sugar
2 packets jelly strawberry & blackcurrant
Tooty fruity
Chopped nuts for decoration
Method
Set gelly as per packet instruction and cut them in cubes/diamonds.
Take a bowl and put the cream. Mix sugar and beat with soft hand put this in fridge for 5-6 hours.
Cut all fruits in small pieces.
Now add fruits in cream mix this.
Now take one tall serving glass.
First add blackcurrant gelly, fruit cream mix, strawberry gelly.
Garnish tooty fruity and nuts on the top.
Serve.
Note- you can use different fruits as per your choice
Add fruits before 1 hr you wanna serve
Best served chilled
