MATAR PANEER


Matar Paneer

Ingredients:
150gm paneer cubes
1 cup boiled green peas
1 large onion, finely chop
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon  red chilli pwd
pinch of turmeric pwd
1 teaspoon-coriander pwd
1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
pinch of garam masala pwd
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Mix dry spices cardamom, clove, bay 
4 tablespoon cream
Chopped coriander for garnishing
salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil

Recipe

Heat oil in kadai, add  dry spices & cumin sauté for 1 minute, add ginger and garlic sauté for 2 minutes.
Add onions after they turn translucent add chopped tomatoes.

Let it cover for 6-7 minutes 
Now add coriander pwd, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, salt, garam masala and mix.

Again cover it for 3minutes.
Add a cup of water and bring to a boil on slow flame for 10minutes.
Add green peas, paneer and cream, kauri methi simmer for 2-3minutes.
Turn off flame. Let it settle for 10 minutes..
Add green coriander before serving...

Serve hot with naan, parantha, roti & rice...
