MOONG DAL CHEELA

Ingredients
200 gm green moong dal, soaked and drained
1" ginger-peeled and chopped
2 green chillies-chopped
1 tsp salt

Filling
1/2 cup coarsely grated paneer
1/2 cup grated potato 
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/4 tomato chopped
1/4 capsicum chopped
1 teaspoon chopped coriander 
2 green chillies-chopped
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste

Recipe 
Combine the filling ingredients and use to fill cheela.

Combine ginger, chillies, salt, soaked dal together. Grind until smooth and beat well.

Heat a nonstick tawa spread batter.
Give it a nice round shape.
Make is golden from both side.

Add filling and role it or cut it into triangle.
Serve hot with chutney.
