AATA HALWA

Ingredients
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Sugar 
2 cup hot Water 
1/4 cup Ghee 
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder 
4 Cashew nuts cut in half's , 4 Walmut chopped ,1/4 teaspoon Magaz seed 10-12 Raisins For Garnishing

Recipe 
Measure and keep all the ingredients ready. 
Add sugar in hot water and mix till all sugar dissolve.

Heat a non stick pan, add ghee followed by flour.

Keep stirring in low or medium flame to ensure even browning. 
Roast until the color changes slightly dark brown & nice aroma rises. 

Keep stirring, avoid any burn by putting flame in high.
Add water keep stirring while you pour. It will become thick and get cooked soon. 

Flame should be in low or medium at all the times. Keep stirring until it turns glossy and ghee oozes out. 

Garnish with nuts, serve hot.
