BHINDI-AALU SABJI

Ingredients
1 Potatoes cut into length 
15-20 Ladies finger cut into length 
1 Onion cut into length
1/4 teaspoon Red chilli 
1/2 teaspoon Amchoor powder
1/2 teaspoon coriender powder
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
Salt 
1 tablespoon oil

Recipe
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter carom seeds.
 
Add finely chopped onion statue for 1-2 minute.
Now add potatoes and ladies finger.

Give it a quick mix.
Now add all dry spices & salt.

Mix it gently so that vegetable coats with masala completely.

Cook covered for 10-15 minutes on low- medium flame.

Serve with lachcha parantha.
