Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon oil/butter for frying
For garnishing 10-12 blueberry, 2 tablespoon honey, Strawberry jam (optional)
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Using a whisk or large fork, mix in the milk and egg until well combined and smooth.
Stir in the melted butter.
Now add vanilla, mix again.
Heat non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Grease it with oil/butte.
Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour pancake batter onto hot griddle.
When pancake is golden brown, flip to cook other side.
Garnish with blueberry, honey & jam..
Serve hot with coffee.
