MATAR MASHROOM

Ingredient
1 cup green peas
200 gms mushrooms cut into 4 piece 
2 tbsp oil
1 cardamoms
2-3 cloves
2-3 black pepper
1" cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 chopped onion
2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
3 chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Recipe 
Heat the oil in a pan, add the cardamoms,clove, black pepper & cinnamon stick sauté for a minute now add cumin seed let them crackle.

Now add onions and saute till onions turn golden brown in colour.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.

Add the tomato sauté for 4-5 minutes,till everything combine together.
Now add chili powder,cumin powder, coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and cook till the oil leaves the masala.

Add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Add the green peas and mushrooms and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or till the green peas  and mushroom are cooked.

Serve hot garnished with coriander.
