INGREDIENTS
300gm chilled full fat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate
1/2 cup boiled peeled chopped potato
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon chat masala
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt
Garnishing
1 tablespoon pomegranate
a pinch of red chili powder
a pinch garam masala powder
a few coriander/mint leaves for garnish
Recipe
Whisk the yogurt till smooth.
Season with the spice powders, salt and sugar, stir till sugar is dissolved.
Add the pomegranate, potato, tomato,cucumber, onion and mix it till everything is combined.
Now add raita in serving dish.
Garnish with chili, garam masala, pomegranate & coriander.
Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled.
