Ingredients
Noodles 400 grams
1 Onions cut into stripes
1/4 Cabbage finely shredded
1 green capsicum cut into stripes
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/2 teaspoon ginger + 1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped
1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon oil
( u can add any vegetable of your choice)
Recipe
Cook noodles as per packet instruction.
Heat oil in a Wok/kadai.
Add garlic & ginger stir fry for 2 minuet.
Add onion, cabbage and toss.
Now add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce and toss on high heat.
Add capsicum,vinegar and toss again.
Add noodles,chili sauce and toss for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Sprinkle spring onion.
Serve hot.
