WHITE MATAR / GHUGNI

Ingredients:
1 cup white peas 
1 onion, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1teaspoon garlic, 2 tomato (add these four in blander and make a fine paste)
1 spring curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin 
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Recipe
Add white peas in cooker add turmeric & salt, cook them till soft.
In a pan, pour the oil. Once hot, add cumin after it crackle add curry leaves &onion paste.

Cook it for 4-5 minutes till you see a nice dark color.
Add spice powders except Garam Masala powder, Sauté for a while.

Then add the cooked peas. 
Add the Garam Masala. Bring to boil and simmer. 

Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with roti & bread.
