Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
4 cups milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
6-7 tablespoon sugar( increase or decrease sugar as per your taste)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
10-12 raisins
For Garnishing Chopped nuts, 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds, 10-15 rose petals
Recipe
and simmer on a medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring continuously for about 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Add the sugar, cardamom powder mix well till the sugar has dissolved.
Add half nuts, raisins in cooked kheer.
You can serve it hot or cold.
Garnish with chopped nuts, rose petals & fennel seeds.
