TAMATO SPAGHETTI

Ingredient
100 gm Spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion

For sauce
2 tablespoon Olive oil 
3 cloves chopped Garlic
1 onion chopped 
4 chopped tomato
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 
1/4 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 tablespoon vinegar 
1/4 tablespoon Chili
1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
1 teaspoon Italian herb mix 

Recipe
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onions, tomatoes, tomato ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Chilli, pepper powder and add required water and cook for 5 minutes. 
Now add italian herb mix.
Reduce the flame and cook till it thick. 

Note- you can make this sauce in desired quantity and can store it for a month in freezer.
When you want to use just add sauce in hot oil followed by spaghetti.

Step -2
Boil the water and add spaghetti, cook till 90% done. 
Heat oil in a pan add sauce as per your need
followed by cooked pasta mix it slowly.
Toss it for 1-2 minute on high flame.

Garnish with Parmesan cheese and spring onion.
Serve hot.
