Ingredients:
For Filling
1 Potato boiled
50gm boiled Green Peas
1/4 cup massed paneer
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
Salt
2 teaspoon oil
&
1 pack of Frozen Roti Paratha/ Pastry sheet
1/2 teaspoon Chat masala
Recipe
Take out Paratha from fridge and keep outside for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170degree C.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin followed with chopped onions and fry till onion becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, mix and cook for another 2 mts.
Add boiled potato,salt, green peas mix properly.
Add garam masala.
After it cool down add paneer and mix.
Parantha stuff filling, seal the edges by applying some water.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes till you see golden color on top.
Serve with mint chutney & sauce.
